Adult Strong Readers – 10 week program: Exercising Mind and Body.

Strong Readers has three components:a Walking Challenge, Wellness presentations and Reading.

Program Participants Activities:

  1. Keep an Activity Log (recording time spent on exercise per week)

  2. Attend at least one of the Wellness Themed Presentations. Share one thing that you liked about it or learned in your journal.

  3. Read at least one book from the Connected List. Share thoughts on the book.


Program Challenge – be physically active for 150 min per week, learn something new about an aspect of wellness. The goal is to raise awareness of physical activity.

Program Requirements – Completing the 3 Journal tasks/activities. (Actual activity of 150 minutes per week is Not a requirement. )
